At 10:51 on July 3, Beijing time, China
successfully launched the Jilin-1 wide 01B satellite with the Long March 2D
carrier rocket at the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center , Sending it into a
sun-synchronous orbit with an altitude of about 542 kilometers.
The mission also carried the launch of
three Jilin-1 High Score 03D satellites and Star Times-10 satellites.
All 5 satellites entered the predetermined
orbit, which are independently developed by partner CGSTL.
The Jilin-1 Wide 01B satellite is an
optical remote sensing satellite that can obtain high-definition images with a
width of not less than 150KM. The satellite can provide remote sensing services
for industries such as land resources, mineral development, and smart city
construction.
The Jilin-1 satellite will network with
satellites in orbit to provide remote sensing data and product services for
users in industries such as forestry, agriculture, grassland, ocean, resources,
and environment.
